Money Grub? Or Just plan STUPID?

Well recently I took my car it to get a new starter in it and they told me they would have it done by the end of the day they didn't the got the wrong part so i went with them to get the right part and that time they did. So i go back the next day and guess what? THEY LOST THE DAMNED STARTER!!!! No there going to rebuild the old one which I know and told them it will not work its too worn out but there going to do it anyways...

I think there just trying to save some money but I'm gonna make sure it bites them in the ass.

Oh and theres other parts that are going/already dead in it that i told em to fix they said its all fine. Some new car warranty huh? From here on out I'm doing it myself to save the stress and annoyance. <_<
