Chronokinesis explained

Well, after a small research and all, I got to explain how chronokinesis happens and the myths and truth about it.

First of all: If you don't know what is chronokinesis, the quickest way to talk about it is to say that is the ability to bend the time. However, how to bend that? Well, we can't affect a person, several people or the whole world, if you thought that. Then it is just a myth? No, it isn't... Not completly, at least... And I'll tell you how it is.

Had you ever noticed you wake up in a set time, feel hungry in another and sleepy? Well, let's say that, since your birth, your brain starts setting time for everything. A time to wake up, to eat, to go to bathroom, to sleep... Well, we'll talk about that as biological clock.

The next is the real concept of time. Whenever you look at the sky you can tell almost the hours, or by looking to a clock you'll see the time in the real concept. That is what we see, the time by itself.

Now, to something a bit weird. Notice how the time seems to stretch for hours when you're bored or how it cut to minutes when you're distracted. That is because our muscles will distract our brain or leave it more active. Whenever you're bored, doing nothing, your brain works at a higher speed, thus making you think that several minutes has passed but only a few has passed. In the other hand, when you're distracted, your brain has much more data to carry and can't focus on the time. The brain then focus on muscles, eyes, mouth, or anything else, thus he will make you think that few minutes has passed but several minutes got "lost".

Now time to relax. Listen to the clock and its "tick-tack"... Each second, passing by... Try to focus on the delay between the "tick" and the "tack"... Tell me what happens after 10 seconds, 30 seconds, a minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour... You'll notice that you found how long a second can be. When you do that, you'll see you had just saw the miliseconds and thought they were seconds (Making one second last like 5 or 10 seconds in your mind). At this point you bend the time, but not for everyone... Just to yourself... When doing that, every movement of the muscle has its speed increased... However, don't do that if you're not ready to extreme use of the muscle... Your brain will make your muscles react quickly and then can cause some distension. Try to not bend the time just for fun, because it is serious stuff... Your brain is not used to so many activities in a second and may cause huge headaches (not sure about the headache, but just think of how you would react if you had to do many things in one second).

The buddhist monks are used to do this in their meditation, so they will not be pushing theirselves too much. If you have the chance, try to bend the time while meditating.

Now, a list of myths about chronokinesis and if is possible or not.

Possible:
*Bend the time for yourself
*Perform "bullet time"
*Travel a bit to the future (if you can make seconds lasts miliseconds)

Impossible:
*Go to the past (There's NO WAY to make the time go against its flow)
*Run a lot faster (Your muscles will not be able to stand too much movement in less than a second)
*Bend the time for anyone else.
*Travel to the future (A bit, as I said over there, is possible... But too much is suicide for many reasons)

Well, the resource I used is a brazilian scientific magazine called "Super Interessante" (Super Interesting). And the experiment was confirmed by me and classmates in the last year (Paperball war owns us all! XD ). I'm still learning, but the experiment makes total sense... Remember, take this stuff seriously.

This is perhaps the most intresting thing I've read in a while, barring that bit about Kitsune and Alchemy. I think I'll try this later, due to extreme boredom. <3.
