A Possible Animal Spirit Guide?

Ok. So it's basically twilight and I'm taking my dog out for a walk. I see something in the woods. It had yellow eyes, it was tall, canine looking, and it stood on its hind legs. I kinda had a gut feeling that it was a male presence. I had seen the same thing last year in the same time of day. Afterwards, I looked up in the sky and saw what resembled to be something dog-like. After a while, I look on the computer and look up what it might be. It said something about an animal guide possibly trying to contact me. I've always loved foxes. I'm not really sure what that thing in the woods was, but what I do know is that I had a calm feeling about it.

I beleive in Spiritual guides/Animals and this is intreguing. Normally i would dismiss this kind of sighting, but as you saw it on the same day a 2nd year, and on a perticualy specific day, i feel that this may have been a real attempt of contact on you part. Apart from the yellow eyes did you see anything else? or even hear anything?

Well, in the woods, it was dark in color. Maybe like a dark gray? But like I said, I had a strange feeling that this creature was a male. Now I did hear some rustling in the leaves. Could it be his tail? He sort of had an akward expression on his face.

Awkward in what sense, like a "well this is an awkward situation" kind of Awkward or a "Whats that thing staring back at me" kind of awkward?

Akward as in he's just looking at me or spying me. Like,"We meet again." or "I've been watching you." type of thing.

Cool. But isn't that what spirit guides normally do?

Cool! ^^ But is it normal for an animal spirit guide's presence to be visual to the human eye? I know that they appear during meditation.
