This forum has been pretty dead lately, so I thought I'd go ahead and post this to breathe some more life into this place, even if it is just a little. Now, on to the subject at hand... Over the years, I've encountered fanboyism of many types throughout the web, but no, and I mean NO fanboy I've ever come aross can hold a candle to this (http://youtube.com/user/FUNlmationHater) guy. FUNimationHater, as his name implies is a fanboy who hates the dubbing company, FUNimation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FUNimation), and feels that the Ocean Group (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ocean_Group) has superior voice actors. That honestly isn't too big of a deal, but once you've seen some examples of this guy's antics, you'll see what I mean.
I first stumbled upon him last week, while I was browsing around Youtube, looking at some Dragon Ball Z videos. One of the videos was about why all other DBZ dubs (except for the FUNimation and Ocean Group dubs) sucked, and then FUNimationHater, being the idiotic fanboy that he is, didn't even bother reading the description, and went out of his way to launch personal attacks at the video uploader, because he assumed that he was saying that the Ocean dub sucked. That wasn't the first time he did it, either. He's done it several other times, as well. He has absolutely no respect for other peoples' opinions, and acts as if it's some kind of unspeakable crime to criticize the Ocean dub in any way, shape, or form. Honestly, if he's allowed to criticize FUNimation, then people have just as much of a right to state their opinions on the Ocean dub, regardless of how negative it may be. At one point, he also took the time to spam FUNimation's channel, leaving a bunch of hate comments towards them and their fanbase, which has earned him many, MANY enemies.
About the video I mentioned, where he was criticizing the FUNimation dub... One of his criticisms was about the script, but what this moron fails to realize, is that the Ocean dub's script (episodes 1-53), which he treats like the Second Coming of Jesus, was written BY FUNimation! Not only that, but the post-Frieza Saga Ocean dub's script was copied almost entirely word-for-word from FUNimation's. Also, I feel the need to point out that while the Ocean dub (episodes 1-53) had its good points, it was no way as flawless as FUNimationHater tries to make it seem. There was entire episodes worth of content that cut from it (originally, it was 67 episodes, and ended up getting cut down to 53), it's littered with cheesy dialogue, and laughable censorship.
Honestly, people like FUNimationHater really give Ocean dub fans (and the DBZ fandom itself) a bad name. He's just a total embarrassment to Dragon Ball and/or anime fans everywhere. In addition to being a piece of Ocean fanboy trash, he's also proven himself to be quite racist on at least two occasions (where he was caught using the "N" word, and getting owned the first time he did; it was hilarious). So, in short, he's just a waste of life. I don't normally like making threads to talk about people, but I just had to get that off my chest. I couldn't ignore it any longer.

Just a minor update... A few hours ago, I just found out that FUNimationHater's account has been terminated. It's about time, really. I knew it was only a matter of time before it happened. All I have to say about that, is good riddance. That bigoted, retarded Ocean fanboy finally got what was coming to him.
At first, I used to think he was hilarious (due to his sheer stupidity, of course). Not even his casual usage of the "N" word was enough to make me take him seriously. He seemed to use that word all the time, not knowing whether or not the person who he's talking to is an African American or not (I happen to be black myself, but that's besides the point). Additionally, he had some of the lamest comebacks ever, which even a five-year old could top. Because of that, I (and several others) started to get bored with him after a while. Again, good riddance.
He'll most likely end up registering another account, but I'm sure the outcome will be the same.

You saw the new shitty layout and channel design? If it becomes permanent I am closing my account. I was planning to spam fail-imation's channel again but with that new shitty design, spamming is a lot harder. We need the old layout back or else the future of trolling here on youtube will be at stake.
As far as I can tell, the new Youtube layout is there to stay, just like every other time they (needlessly) changed it, so...sucks to be him. I honestly hope he does close his account. It wouldn't bother me one bit. It'll just be one less Ocean fanboy to worry about. Of all the fanboy types in the DBZ fandom, they're the ones that I hate the most. God, do they piss me off.

Exactly. He and the rest of the Ocean fanboys out there need to stop treating their opinions like facts.
Oh, and about my above post? It turned out to be a false alarm, since he's reconsidered his decision.
I'm staying. I just found a hack which allows me to use the old layout. If they make the new channel design permanent i'll use the hack to get back the old design.
Well, isn't that wonderful? Seeing how he hasn't changed one bit since the last time his account was terminated, it looks like he's going to continue his antics of trolling and starting fanboy wars regarding which dub is better.
While I'm at it, I might as well go ahead and show some specific examples of FUNlmationHater's handiwork. That way, you'll be able to understand precisely why I despise this guy so much.

Well, would you look at that? Apparently, he looks down on anybody who happens to enjoy the FUNimation dub. This says a lot about him, actually. Not only is he a blind fanboy, but he's also an arrogant prick.

This was his response to someone saying that the Ocean dub "kinda suck(s)". It's just as I said in this thread's original post, FUNlmationHater acts as if it's some kind of unspeakable crime to say anything about his precious Ocean dub that's even the least bit negative. If he could criticize FUNimation as much as he does, shouldn't everyone else have just as much of a right to criticize the Ocean dub? What a hypocrite.
Another thing, it's pretty useless to even try arguing with this guy. While everyone else presents solid facts and evidence to support their claims, he ignores them completely and pipes up with (lame) personal attacks (as the last quote demonstrated) that have nothing to do with the discussion and/or continue repeating the same opinionated garbage. Believe me, I know. I've been down that road about four months ago, around the time I first started this thread.
