From Nov. 7 to Nov. 15, you can go to any Toys R Us location to receive Arceus. All you need is to bring your DS with Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum to the video game section, and follow the instructions posted there. It will come in a Cherish pokeball holding a Rowap berry. Its move set will be: Judgement, Roar of time, Spacial Rend, and Shadow Force.
If you trade Arceus to Heart Gold/Soul Silver, you get the ability to catch the dragon trio (Palkia, Dialga, and Giratina), who will be at level 1.
