Razor Leaf/Solarbeam from a Venusaur on a Dunsparce = BALEETED!
Water and Ground are weak to grass, so Dunsparce has x4 damage.
Thunderbolt/punch from Electabuzz on a Steelix = DELORTED!
Steel is weak to electric, but Rock is resistant to electric, so Steelix only gets 1x damage, because 2 x 0.5 = 1.
Bone Club from Marowak on a Gengar = Nada.
Ghosts can't be hit w/ Normal attacks, so Gengar is OK.
Peck from Pidgey on a Caterpie = DELETED!
Bug is weak to Flying, so Caterpie gets 2x damage.

1. I said it before on the old board-Dunsparce is not Water/Ground type, it is Normal type.
2. It's the Ground type that's resistance to Electric attacks. Electric attacks do normal damage to a Steel type, and Steelix is Steel/Ground. Thunderpunch wouldn't do squat to a Steelix nor other Ground types.
3. Bone Club is a Ground type attack. It would have an adventage against Gengar since it is part Poison type and Poison type are weak against Ground, but Gengar has the Levitate ability in R/S/FR/LG, so Bone Club wouldn't do shit, since the Levitate ability negates all Ground type attacks.

Yesterday, when I was playing Crystal, I caught a shiny Jynx! I named it "Kelis", after the hip-hop artist Kelis.
Here's some of my Pokemon's nicknames in Crystal:
Kelis - Shiny Jynx
Lil' Kim - Female Mr. Mime =P
Fabolous - Male Blastoise
Fifty Cent (couldn't use "50" because #'s aren't allowed <_<) - Male Machamp
AliciaKeys (only 10 chars are allowed in a name <_<) - Female Kangaskhan
Tweaki - Female Togetic (aren't all Togepi/tic female?)
Starshot - Male Electabuzz
Strong Bad - Male Tyranitar
HSRunner - Female Scyther
Evanesence (see AliciaKeys) - Gengar (Gengar doesn't have gender)
Usher - Male Sandslash
Strong Sad - Male Dunsparce
Amerie - Female Meganium
-
thouse are cool names
-
Tweaki - Female Togetic (aren't all Togepi/tic female?)
Evanesence (see AliciaKeys) - Gengar (Gengar doesn't have gender)
Actually, Gengar does have a gender. As for Togepi/Togetic, their gender ratio is 87.5% for male, and 12.5% for female, so chances are that there are mostly males of Togepi/Togetics than females of said Pokémon.

Is this a good Blastoise?
Ludacris/Blastoise?@Leftovers
Level: 100
Waterfall
Rollout
Strength
Surf
Splash Waterfalls on Fire/Ground/Rock, then Rollout Flyers/Electrics. Strength for anything else. Surf if everything else is out of PP.
-
Sorry about this double-post, but:
Would a male shiny Machamp (named Kenneth) + a female non-shiny Jynx (named Eveliss) equal a shiny Smoochem in FR/LG?
BTW, In my Silver game, I got a Smoochum to evolve at level 11. I guess I'm just good at getting my Pokemon very happy...

Bad Blastoise moveset. Try replacing Strength, Rollout, and Waterfall with Earthquake, Ice Beam, and Body Slam. Body Slam's base power (85%) is 5% more powerful than Strength (80%), and it may give the opponent paralysis. Ice Beam is there to cover Blastoise's weakness to Grass types, and it may freeze the opponent. Earthquake is there to cover Blastoise's weakness to Electric types, and Surf is there because it'll gain STAB.

1. The pair is compatible, as Jynx and Machamp are both in the Humanshape egg group, but the odds of a shiny Smoochum hatching from the egg are extremly rare, even though the father is shiny.
2. Odd, usually Smoochum evolve at LV.30 (level evolution).

I already used my EQ TM on my Sandslash :(
And Ludacris has a song called "Rollout" and one called "Splash Waterfalls" =P
And, Body Slam's not a TM in GSC, but it is in RBY, however, the moves Waterfall and Rollout aren't in RBY, so, looks like I'm stuck w/that moveset. :(
And, I thought all baby Pokemon evolved by happiness... except Smoochum perhaps?
-
Waterfall is in RBY, it's just that only Goldeen and Seaking can learn it.
Make Blastoise forget Rollout and trade it to RBY via time capsule, then get the Body Slam TM (if you used it already, then you can forget about this)
And not all baby Pokémon evolve from happiness.
The ones that evolve from happiness:
Pichu
Cleffa
Igglybuff
The ones that don't evolve from happiness:
Tyrogue (evolves at LV.20 into one of the 3 hitmons depending on both of it's attack and defense stats)
Magby (evolves into Magmar at LV.30)
Elekid (evolves into Electabuzz at LV.30)
Smoochum (evolves into Jynx at LV.30)
(didin't list Azurill and Wynaut because we're talking GSC)
-
Used it on Charizard in Yellow :( My Blue's b0rked, and I used Body Slam on my Machamp in Red. And I don't wanna restart Red...
-
Ok then, consider your Blastoise a...oh forget it.
*continues on long and hard search for a shiny oddish? in sapphire version*
