I personally loved the G/S/C generation, because I felt the Ru/Sa generation was lacking a few things in GSC, such as diurnal/nocturnal Pokémon, Pokégear (I didn't like the Pokénav), and 167 of the original RBYGSC Pokemon.
Why the hell did they make 167 Pokémon inaccessible from Ru/Sa sans Action Replay? That was crappy, because Jynx didn't make the cut :( Well, now that FR/LG are out, you can catch Jynx in FR/LG. Now I can trade my shiny Smoochum to Ru/Sa, and then evolve it into Jynx there.
