lugia is returning to L5 raids tomorrow until 4/2/18, seemingly with an increased catch rate and a buff to sky attack

sky attack was buffed to 80, making it basically the best flying move in the game

lugia's base catch rate however has not changed at all, but its distance has changed since its debut last summer, and now it's a complete dick to use the circle setting trick on because of its backflip

shiny lugia is out and has a 100% catch rate
