other notable hatchlings are a ponyta and bulbasaur
the ponyta was 95.6%, evolved to rapidash with ember/fire blast, will save it as trade fodder

now if you want to get to the nitty-gritty, it's 84% IV score with steel wing/ancient power AKA most trash possible moveset for a pkmn that has the competitive merit of a ham sandwich anyway, but by the time togekiss hits the scene, i'll be swimming in high IV togepi
