there seems to be strong evidence of continent-locked pkmn being unable to be hatched outside their territory
shame because kangaskhan happens to be one of my favorites

people are reporting a jump in spawn rate for continent exclusives
caught 2 tauros out of the 3 sightings last night (didn't bother with finding #3)

after the addition of the johto babies, research within the playerbase is confirming that the continentals are no longer possible hatchlings
well if my pokedex's logged 153 tauros encounters are anything to go by, they're nowhere as rare now as they were in the first few months after launch anyway, and i can only assume the same applies to the others
i feel this was done so the egg tables wouldn't be overpopulated, but it's only going to get worse as gen II and the rest continue to slowly get added
this might make adding mime jr. a problem
pokestop eggs will be impractical for dex entries alone once enough species get released, thus making trading and breeding that much more desired

heracross seems to be bound to south of a border barely above that of the US border that separates the tauros and heracross spawns
