This thread is here to throw out some ideas for multiplayer games we can play online. I'm sure you may already know about our Steam group (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/kitsuria (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/kitsuria)), but if you don't you do now. Though, this isn't just for Steam. This is for any game that has online multiplayer support (or can be played over Hamachi). We'll need to arrange some events or time frames when people would be online and available to play, of course. I may not always be available, but I can always turn on a dedicated server for games that I do own, at least. As for Steam events, I could give one or two people the ability to set those up. I work nights and sleep days, full time, so it would be hard for me to coordinate everything. =p
As for games /I/ have. Here's a list. (Off the top of my head, at 4 in the morning)
Steam:
* Unreal Tournament: GOTY
* Unreal Tournament 3: Black Edition
* Terraria
* Team Fortress 2
Desura:
* Bloody Trapland
Not Steam:
* Sonic Robo Blast 2
* Charred Dirt
* I Wanna Be The Boshy
* Myst Online: Uru Live
* Trickster Online
And of course, I have a Kaillera server I could turn on. Unless there is a better way of doing multiplayer on emulators (which I'll look into). It is pretty anal about ROM filenames and such. xP

If you setup some times to meet for games I am game.

Team Fortress 2 is free on steam, just saying.
I sit on Multiclangaming's shitty crit server run by asshole admins D:
Which has shown me that TF2 is hit and miss when it comes to playing on other servers. For example, you could end up somewhere where the server admins insult you for choosing a particular class or use their "admin penis-enhancer" for lulz
Admin penis-enhancer, n: freezing all players
example: "The admin who's ranked 1 on the server was getting beaten by noobs so he had a fit and used his admin penis-enhancer to teach them a lesson."

Might look into TF2. Not something that really interested me.
I also have Terraria and Myst Online. The latter is open source. If only we had a few people who were good at 3D modeling (or perhaps, I could learn). We could build a world to explore and hang out in. Though Terraria is good for that, too. (And I guess Minecraft. And Second Life, which leaves a bad taste in my mouth.)
And even without our own server, we could do stuff on Myst Online. If exploring caves and solving puzzles is your thing. (And it's free.)

Working on a better "online games" section (need better title?) for the main page. Each section would have information on...well...games, and the server status (if i have a dedicated server set up).
Current list of games:
- Unreal Tournament: GOTY
- Charred Dirt
- Kaillera (any emulator that supports it)
We should start coordinating something as far as events and such. We can use the Steam group chat, or IRC - the latter being my preferred method, since I am more reachable on IRC.

Things are slow going, due to burnout from work and such. I've already started working on the Gaming section. Currently messing around with the UT server and maybe setting up a Terraria dedicated server to mess around in. Anyone wanting to test that out, contact me.
