Title: The Breaker and the The Breaker: New Waves
Post by: Kumori_Fox on Sep 22 2014, 09:20 AM
Recently i have been reading this new manga call the Breaker. It's a korean manga about a, weak and constantly bullied, high school student named Yi Shi-Woon. Shi-Woon meets a man named Chun-Woo Han, aptly titled the Nine Arts Dragon (Goomoonryong), who teaches him martial arts to defend himself. The story is very similar to History's Mightiest Disciple: Kenichi, but it's portrayed a bit differently. Now The Breaker itself is a complete manga and leads into another manga called The Breaker: New Waves, which is kind of like the second part to the series. I think this manga would make a pretty awesome anime that i could really get into, since i really enjoyed the manga.

If you havent read the series i highly recommend it. Now the question is, should it be made into an anime? Most, if not all, Korean mangas dont make it to being an anime. Now i dont know why they dont. It could be because of how korea controls public media. Either way the question still stands, should it be anime? What do you think?
