According to a WRGB (http://www.wrgb.com/) news bulletin, Lil' Kim will be sentenced to approximately 25 years in prison...
"Hip hop star Lil Kim who was convicted of lying repeatedly to a federal grand jury about a 2001 gunfight outside the Hot 97 radio station in SoHo, could face as many as many as 25 years behind bars.
"She just lied," juror Juana Espinal of the Bronx told the Daily News.
She was acquitted of obstruction of justice charges.
"I'm disappointed in the verdict," the Grammy winner said. "However, I was acquitted of the most serious charge, obstruction of justice."
During her grand jury testimony, Lil' Kim lied when she denied seeing two members of her entourage, Damion (D-Rock) Butler and Suif (Gutta) Jackson, in front of the Hot 97 studios when the gunfight broke out on Feb. 25, 2001.
Both men later were convicted of firing shots in the confrontation with the entourage of rival rappers Capone & Noreaga."

By the time she gets out of prison and releases an album, she'll be... PUM PUM PUM! The World's Oldest Female Rapper! (34 + 25 = 59!) Now that's ironic!

I heard rumors that the bail is ~$2,700,000...
Maybe I should buy a bunch of Lil' Kim CD's (maybe her record company will bail her out...)
