Heh, it seems that it is only good to make Movies into Video Games but Video Games into Movies don't seem as well pulled off. Some good examples of converting from movie to VG is Goldeneye. Doom IMO seems like a very interesting game to make into a movie. My favorite parts I've seen were the parts with the first person views with the chainsaw and such.
