Vulpine Side Shrine 15/56 of Kuhouboutaki, and Vulpine Shrine #23 of Inariyama.

Regrettably, the small Torii cover some of the names of this Ookami, but I think I can jusz barely make out the Kanji for Shima (島 "Island").

Vulpine Side Shrine 16/56 of Kuhouboutaki, and Vulpine Shrine #24 of Inariyama.

The Kanji on this one are more difficult to make out, and once again I am saved by the more legible small red Torii.

Speaking of Torii... the big Torii of this Shrine is of a peculiar design I have not seen anywhere before.

Vulpine Side Shrine 17/56 of Kuhouboutaki, and Vulpine Shrine #25 of Inariyama.

A pair of shy foxes hide behind the small red Torii of this moss-covered old Shrine.

Vulpine Side Shrine 18/56 of Kuhouboutaki, and Vulpine Shrine #26 of Inariyama.

A very compact little Shrine, yet not without its pair of foxes.

Vulpine Side Shrine 19/56 of Kuhouboutaki, and Vulpine Shrine #27 of Inariyama.

Another Shrine of many names, most - but not all - of which I can decipher.

Vulpine Side Shrine 20/56 of Kuhouboutaki, and Vulpine Shrine #28 of Inariyama.

Back in the front row of vulpine Shrines in the central area. The Kanji on the Torii, I can read, but not the weathered ones on the stone.

Vulpine Side Shrine 21/56 of Kuhouboutaki, and Vulpine Shrine #29 of Inariyama.

The odd lone fox watches over this little Shrine.

Once again there are more names, and once again they are too old for me to decipher.

Vulpine Side Shrine 22/56 of Kuhouboutaki, and Vulpine Shrine #30 of Inariyama.

Two foxes watch over a dragon and bear Shrine here.

By now, I've realized that my camera might not last through all of this endless vulpinity, so I have taken to taking only the most necessary pictures of the Shrines I pass, wanting to capture as many of them as possible before the battery fails.

Vulpine Side Shrine 23/56 of Kuhouboutaki, and Vulpine Shrine #31 of Inariyama.

This Shrine has an unusual second name. Interestingly, on the smaller red Torii, "大神" is written instead of "彦命" for the second name, suggesting that Genmei might once have been more or less synonymous with Ookami. This is the first time I'm seeing it, however.
