Binaural beats. If you do some research on it it will sound far fetched but it actually helps (it helps me anyways)

These are a few things I've found that work.

*Diet (You need energy to sleep so eating healthy will help),
*Sleep pattern (makes it easier each time - works well when you eat well),
*Exercise (Make yourself tired that your body forces you to fall asleep),
*Do something fun (You might be thinking too much before sleeping),
*Stay away from monitors late at night, at least 1 hour before bed (some studies show that this can affect people)
*Avoid caffeine (coffee, tea) or even fizzy drinks as alot of fizzy drinks contain caffeine.. and defiantly do not touch energy drinks because they are purposely made to try and keep you awake!

Sleep is for the week... If anything this is a blessing for you! Just try to accomplish more throughout your days, eventually you will crash from exhaustion and return to a normal schedule.

A combination of melatonin, and allergy medicine would put me down like a horse tranquilizer.

Alternatively, a horse tranquilizer might do the trick.

P.S. I know this has long since reached the point of helpfulness, but felt I'd add my opinion for future reference. :)
