I received something like that too some months ago. It said that my hotmail adress was used on a lottery ticket that won. I tended to believe it at first but others said they got that too and they will do nothing but to complicate you in buisneses (like "well you won 1000$ but you have to give 200$ for shipping, 100$ to claim the prise, and be fast cuz it expires") hope it really did work for you still ^^

Anywayz dun forget that Microsoft is actually #2 on my evil companies list and I dun thrust them. #1 is actually America Online but anywayz, good luck ^^

... and I just got that email myself right now on my Yahoo adress in bulk. So sorry, I dun think they really just give 1000$ like that :(
