from what I've heard, games display on the virtual console better than on their originally intended systems.

as for the games themselves, you might want to do a bit of research on a game you haven't heard about to make sure if it sounds/looks good to you or not.

here is a VC release list:

Well from what I've seen (screenshots and stuff) they generally look better due to the improved hardware.  It only seems to really noticeably impact N64 games.  I'll let you know from first hand experience as soon as I get to downloading Starfox 64.

Thanks for that list and I decided to buy a genesis game and to me (Using an HD TV) the colors were a lot sharper maybe next I'll get a 64 game to see the difference my self.

PS: In case anyone is wondering i tried posting this topic in the games forum area but I wound up here

so far i've bought castlevania, dingeon explorer, bomberman 95(?), super mario bros, super mario 64, and starfox 64

starfox is a lot smoother than I remember it being, and mario 64 is waaaaaaaaaaaayyy easier with the classic controller than with the old n64 controller.

haveyou guy heard about the possible new expansion?  there are rumors of a Wii Talk expansion where the wii can actually read the news an weather to you....

it'll be used in games too

don't know it thats even credible personally, but it had to stem from somewhere

I've gotten starfox, kirby(woo kirby!), mariokart 64 and the original legend of zelda. They're all pretty fun games, at least from my memories
My dad told me one day that wisdom and intelligence can eventually come with age so I asked him, "So that makes you, what, 4?" XD[/span]

[span style=\'color:blue\'] Oh and don't stay up for 36-40 hours straight like I did o.o; it's not WORTH IT DX

I've bought Starfox 64 and also Super Mario Land 2. I like the classics :)

Oh, and also. My brother bought Legend of Zelda: Ocorina of Time. Great game in my opinion but he won't let me play it :(
