could someone compile a list of midi sites that are: -royalty free -require no permission to use in a project -dosen't cost anything to use in a project

If you need video game music and cut scenes you could try http://bluelaguna.net/ (http://bluelaguna.net/) (you don't need a membership to download stuff)

it's all original work, and full permission is already given for use of any of the files there to use in projects....
vgmusic isn't a good idea, because there are multiple authors submitting there and you can't tell shit on what files you need permission to use or not....
