or the "xbox one" as the unfunny people call it
i'm not usually one to bash consoles, but wtf microsoft
- an always-on, mandatory spycam kinect device that seemingly watches your every move and listens to your every word, shuts down the whole system when obstructed, infrared camera, supposedly can detect heart rate and pulse, emotion sensors, and
- used game fees
- forced installs
- requires an online connection once every 24 hrs
- cloud based
with all this shit going for it, i be damned if it dosen't go the way of the virtual boy

Hey, look! Another reason to add to the list of why the X-Box One is a piece of garbage!

And don't forget this gem.
Fortunately we have a product for people who aren’t able to get some form of connectivity, it’s called Xbox 360. If you have zero access to the Internet, that is an offline device.
Oh, your internet was out for the day? Tough luck. Should have gotten a 360.

microsoft's desperation in a nutshell
Microsoft employee trying to sway people at the WiiU's best buy event into buying an Xbox One (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nKI5QzPYP9k#ws)
"'cause as neat as it looks i don't want spybox in my house"

microsoft is getting out of their drug trip

Sounds like they've finally come to their senses, but I still don't quite understand why they would call the system "X-Box One", as if the other two never existed.
-
they're calling it an "all-in-one entertainment system"
-
That's kind of ironic, considering the fact that it isn't backwards compatible with 360 games.
-
"all in one" as in several or so media devices, not the entire xbox family
