Well my friend has directed me to downloading manga/anime and such, though the files to download are torrents... Can someone explain to me what torrents are? :hyper:
-
Torrents are files used in a P2P system called BitTorrent. You'll need a client to run it. Something like this: http://www.torrentstorm.com/ (http://www.torrentstorm.com/)
-
Or Shareaza (http://shareaza.com/). That also supports torrents.
-
Damn....Shareaza looks better than LimeWire. Think I might give it a try.
-
well you can get bittorrent from the site that made it www.bittorrent.com
-
Interesting stuff. I'll need to look into those sites when I'm not half-asleep...
Thanks :yeahthat:

I find eXeem adn Bittornado to be better than Shareaza and teh origanal BT client. eXeem containes Cydor, so be warned. Bittornado adn Shareaza don't.
