Post by: Voncloud on May 19 2006, 06:47 PM: acctully your wrong in a sense, Snake was on a nintendo, his first game was on the Nes, then the sequal was on the SNES then MGS came out on ps1. Also the director of the metal gear series BEGGED Nintendo and Hal labs to put Snake into it. I know that almost anyone who knows of SSB wants Sonic to be in this one after rumours were he was in Melee which were false.

Post by: Voncloud on May 21 2006, 06:02 AM: THere was a sonic figheting game on the satern called sonic fighters i think, if you can, find Sonic Gems collection which is the second Mega Colllection and has Sonic CD, Sonic fighters and some other Sonic games on it.
And i have thought about Sonics moves for a loooong time. And this is what i have.
up-b: Homing attack (would be a similar style to pikachus quick dash but more useful and locks on to enemys if close enough)
left/right-b: light dash (a similar move to Fox's illusion move)
Down-b: would be Spin attack (a more controled version of Jigglypuffs rollout move)
And when he got the Brawl orb (that what i call them) he would turn super and use an eclipse cannon style move. And i think one of his alternative costumes should be his older style self from the Mega Drive Games.

The only known confirmed Characters are:
Wario
Meta Knight
Solid Snake
Zero Suit Samus (when shes out of her suit)
Pit (from Kid Icarus)

Apart from that all other characters you will hear of is Speculation. Alot of people are saying that if Solid Snake is in Brawl they are expecting Sonic on it, but what alot of people dont realise is the first Metal Gear Game was on the Nes/SNS i forget which, which is why the producer of the MGS Series Asked if they could put him in. Snake was asked to be a secret character in Melee, but it was to late to put him in and so was moved to Brawl.
All the characters from melee will also be in it plus the new secret characters that they are going to put in, but these havent been confirmed yet.

SSBB isnt going to be played using the remotes sensors, it will be played normally by either tilting the remote on its side so you use it like a NES controller OR by using the added gamecube controller ports as the controls wont have changed. Dodge-Turn into sand and move out of the way
Sheild-a wall of Spires.

like the main playable characters, ATs are characters from various nintendo franchises (and wherever the 3rd-party chars are from)

ATs are like the pokemon that come out of the pokeballs, they come into battle, do their thing, and leave.

anyways, the game is already out in japan, and it's not really import-friendly as some modchips don't seem to work with it correctly.

everyone from SSB64 is back, but roy, pichu, dr. mario, and mewtwo were given the axe.
