so far they're losing sonic 1 (and its 8-bit counterpart), sonic 2 and S&K
even if this goes global, its not going to affect alot of people since everyone has the tons of compilations already
the VC's been losing quite a few games to begin with lately, either licenses expiring or companies going under/dying
