How I did not hear about this until today is beyond me, but if you remember the games Myst and Riven, their creators are making a new game. Obduction is a first-person adventure game that follows the same formula as Myst. Obduction resurrects that incredible feeling of suddenly finding yourself in the middle of a new world to explore, discover, solve, and become part of.


The campaign ends on the 16th, and has less than $200k to go. Whether or not you can fund it, spread the word! I'd love to see another amazing game by Cyan Worlds, with new places to explore.

Obduction release date has been delayed for a few more weeks (around August 22) to fix some more bugs.
