isn't there a program out there anywhere that can change the colors of an image so it looks like its being displayed off an NES?
didn't find squat on google so don't bother saying google

so you need something that will convert an image into 8-bit color or what ever bit the NES used? (or was that the SNES)

yes, change an image so it comes out having 8-bit, true NES colors

can't you just do that with photoshop?

don't have photoshop. can't afford it, won't bother getting it with...other methods

Use GIMP, then. It's very similar, and free.

gimp I already have. guess I'll just have to get a simular effect out of using gimp if such a utility dosen't exist...
