So in other words, this makes ratings worldwide and easier to decide?

Well, still that's not going to help the actual consumers... not that much anyways, not to mention that the ESRB are better at listing what's wrong with a game.

because most USA parents wouldn't know what the CERO rating on some random H-game their basement dweller bought off playasia or wherelse means
