So this practically means all devices that have its factory seal broken in any way cannot be shipped via eBay... even if said device was advertised as used? Nah, that's better, if I want to buy a cheap Android phone off there, I'd rather pay less for the full experience than pay less for a device that god knows how far it is from being able to reset to the factory settings.
