Post by: BlueKitsune S on Aug 26 2007, 03:53 PM
Recently my PC kinda bit the dust well Windows Vista anyways. I got all but 2 things fixed

A. When i install the Linux Drivers for my Nvidia 7300GT Video card (it uses only the HDMI or w/e its called hookups) linux will load but the screen will stay black

B. When i try to install Windows XP it will say "Can not find a Hard Drive" but linux and the BIOS can find it just fine... oh and my HD is a SATA one

PLEASE help  :(

A. It's something with your X config, that's all I can say.

B. You need to install third party SATA drivers (as in, ones not provided by Microsoft). They should come with your motherboard.
