This is the final game in the Blackwell series. For those not familiar with Blackwell, it is a game about a spirit medium (Rosa) who helps lost souls come to terms with their deaths so they can move on to the afterlife. She is assisted by her spirit guide Joey. The conditions of these ghosts' deaths turn out to be connected in some way, and Rosa and Joey's goal is to figure it out and put a stop to it.
In the final game, Epiphany, souls are being torn apart left and right by an unknown force. This isn't the first time it's happened, either. The police, of course, are powerless to stop this, so it is up to Rosa and Joey to find out who's behind it, no matter what the risks are.
