One of the most powerful and elite Hateshinai has to offer, Arashi appears when Sasayaki Ame, Hyuuhyuu Kaze, and Gouon Denkou meet in the same place to summon Arashi. Due to Arashi's incredible ability Arashi is never seen anywhere (other than up on the Hateshinai sky tower where he lives) without a special bracelet on to drain his power down to a more realistic level.

Apearance: Looks like a white colored kid Buu (buu's original form), except instead of a tentacle on it's head it appears to have fox ears, and for some reason there also appears to be a red upside down triangle on its forhead just above the eyes.
