Description: Raine is a haunted young man who knows little about his past. Whispers of Magitech experiments are widespread about the oddly colored eyes and hair and Raine might be inclined to believe them as rumors of the company's questionable testing are well known. He has rather sharp features and a very memorable face, it stands out in a crowd. He's usually found wearing magitech body armor that covers his legs, torso and arms with black gloves and a long black coat. His armor is equipped with a cloaking device as well as magic dampeners and a watch that allows active mapping as well as a live link to large information databases, it doesn't work in areas tainted with high electromagnetic fields or underground as it requires satalite uplink to work. He carries three main weapons at all times, a black metal baton that unfolds into his scythe he calls time splitter and his two guns, one white, Pleasure, capable of firing high velocity rounds as well as magitech light energy bursts highly effective against the undead, and Pain, the black gun, known also as the Cruel Mistress, An outlawed version of the interrogator series, The gun delievers a dose of highly potent pain inducing poison in a high velocity capsule. The poison can be absorbed through the skin and in five doses it becomes 100% lethal to humans. It is tested and shown successful against other creatures as well. outlawed due to the inhumane manor in which it was used this gun is highly illegal and usually hidden. Few face the barrel of Pain and when it is shown none live to tell the tale.
