Info:One of the only few ever to become a Spirit Wolf of the Crescent Decendent, Surashi guards the final piece of the blade that rules kitsunes and wolves. He has a careless personality, but when serious, he does what he says and doesn't take lightly if you insult his family. Better trained in combat, Surashi can take attacks with better endurance.

Bio: Being a wolf hybrid, Surashi was shunned and thrown around by many people. 4 DragonKings Blade:
A blade of many forms, varying depending on what requirement is met. There is a dulled red dragon heart crystal that becomes a black crystal when all the requirements are met. As the forms changes, the default form is kept, as the other form matieralize. The Forms are:
Default-Kisamaru: 2 gloves that have unknown properties
Form 1: Ogaugra: a Giant 2 handed axe that takes great strength and stamina to weild. Element: Netrual
Form 2: Panzer: Arm Gauntlets that end at the knuckle with flexiable finger armor. They make you unable to use anything, but hand to hand. Good offensive and slight flaw in defensive power. Speed: Same. Element: Wind/Earth
Form 3: Kuiagra: A sword between a short and long sword, with a slightly wider blade. Good for offensive attacks. Element: Lightning/Ice
Form 4: Kamiosan: Duel Guns that have a power core in the eyes of the dragon design on the side of it. The core charges a blast of the basic elements combined. Power slightly weaker than a 12 gauge shotgun when fully charged. Element: The 4 Basic Elements combined

The SpiritDragon Blade- A Cross between a katana and a normal sword made from the claws of a spirit dragon, Spiritun Metal, Demonic dimond, and was forged in the fires of the 4 Dragon Flames. Almost unbreakable, and can be used as the base of the 4 DragonKings Blade.
Duel DragonSpirit Guns- 2 Guns forged using a shard of the dimensional crystal. Draws power from the user to fire 3 modes of fire:
Fire Rapid: A rapid fire using bullets made of pure energy from the weilder, shooting 5 shots every 3 seconds.
Shotgun: A Powerful pure energy shot, with a strong backfire. The mode pushes any user to their limit after 5 shots.
Ice Rapid: A semi rapid fire using 3 shots a second, uses little energy, but causes less damage.
Entwined Blades- 2 Blades consisting of a Wolf formed Sword, and a Dragon shaped sword. Forged by Rei and Surashi to symbolise them being brothers despite the different races.
Spirit Dragon Blade-(See Above)
Spirit Wolf Blade- A Silver fusion of a katana and sword forged with some of the shattered remains of the Cresent Moon Broadsword and Moon Crystal shards. The razor sharp edges only dull when not in use to fool theives from stealing.
Dragon Scythe- A Scythe forged from a shard of the Grim Reaper's Scythe. A Dragon emblem can be seen on the polished Dragon wing like blade.
Claws: Dragon Claws inforced with the Silver Dragon Flame.
Armor: Red and Silver Dragonic Vest with the Kamiosan Family Emblem on the back, Black Spiritun Undershirt, Spiritun Dragon pants, Default form of the 4 Dragonkings blade.

Spirit Dragon- A mixture of several fighting styles to stay alive. Used only by Spirit Dragons when training in their mind.
Special abilities-
Silver Dragon Flame- One of the 4 Dragon flames used in a war, having several powers, and has alchemic properties. Burns silver and seperates the being into 2 halves until they fuse on will.
Dragon Marksman- Has trained to shoot a fly 40 yards away using his dragon eyes
Spirit Swordsmen- Able to fuse his soul into the blade and attacks until unable to move.
Alchemy- Has been through the gate 5 times, giving him the ability use alchemy without a circle. Uses the Silver Dragon Flame or the earth to provide matierals for transmutations.
Spirit Dragon Wings- Almost identical to normal Dragon Wings but can cloak them and endure the elements and magic to a certain degree
Other info/ backround- A Envoy of Death from a betrayal of a friend, Rei has seen many enemies and friends die. Sometimes moody and ever yawning, he has been given the title of Spirit Dragon king from helping to save his dimension.

Kindore-The anicent family artifact of the Makuirn Family. Transforms into the Kindore bow, made from shards and ores from all over the dimensions, including a shard of the dimensional crystal. "If you wish to call out Kindore, you must call apon your own energy" A phrase fromt he Makuirn family, that signifies that the bow can only be called out by your own energy, not the bow itself. Unlike other weapons made by the 4 Kings, the bow shoots arrows of your mood.

Cursed Demon Dragon Blade-A unknown brother of the SpiritDragon Blade, with a stronger blade and a scar like dent on the dragon wing like hilt.
Demon Heart Scythe- A scythe made of almost every metal and energy in the shadow dimensions, has a Demon Dragon heart turned into a rune for a blade. Reflections of killed enemies can be seen on the blade.
Hunter Gauntlets-Similar to the Sol and Hel De Vices, the gauntlets are said to be able to rip the barrier to the shadow dimensions and draws power from the Moon and the 4 DragonKings Blade.

Special Abilites/Affliction
Shadow Splitter- Uses the shadow world to seperate the shadow of certain people(doesn't work on most people) to half the strength of the foe . Drains most of the user's power, so is used rarely.
Alchemy Mastery- Has the alchemic knowledge of his evil and light counterparts, so is able to use alchemy just with a snap.
Abyssion Requiem- A power given to the demon warlords and kings of a true dragon of the shadow dimensions. Breaks the mind's limit of power usuage, enabling the person to use vast amounts of energy until it's all used up or the user wills him/herself to stop. Risky, can cause death if reckless.
Curse-Is cursed to kill himself if he can't control himself.
Bio: When Zero went to a shadow dimension, Kairo went to the other side to keep balance. When the balance was reversed, the dimension screwed up, creating Raven. When Kairo and Zero looked upon Raven's eyes, they both saw he looked slightly like them, but showed no emotion. Before they said anything, Raven spoke these words: "Why do you act without thinking in life? Like two incomplete counterparts that can't answer the question of why do people think of people of black and white, ying and yang? I only see people in grey."

Bio:Originally a Spirit Demon Dragon, that changed when Rei had suffered the greatest blow that anyone never thought of: Someone had killed Kairo. Using several artifacts and alchemy, he was able to revieve Kairo but was affected by the Shadow and Light Moon Crystals, Turning him into a Lunar Eclispe Dragon.

History-Slain after winning the Dragon Valley King Tournament, Rei was summoned by Jiagi, the Current Grim Reaper. After accepting a job of Death's Envoy, Rei was granted permission to travel the dimensions, reaping Dead souls and sending them to his boss. During the 1st year of work, Rei and Kairo(Demon Counterpart) discovered Raven, a being made up of both Evil and Good, and traveled with them, becoming Rei's 2nd shadow. After stopping several events, Rei was suspended for meddling and returned at his original job, as 2nd Commander, and his ulitmate job is to destroy Axl, his former rival.

-Bankai Taisen Form-
Isumurin's normal transformation is changed completely. It turns completely blue, and has the the 7 phases of the moon engraved on one side, and the several forms of eclipses engraved on another. It's unfocused power is to create a strike suited for each engravestion that gives him a little of the power of each. When he has used each strike at least once, his body has been charged with Lunar energy and he can use his focused attack, Gaiden Musamuni. Gaiden Muasmuni drains Surashi completely of the newly aquired energy, and takes half his spirit energy to have his sword stablize Gaiden Musamuni.

Far above the normal senses of wolves, are Lunar Wolf senses. Surashi has extremely exceptional hearing to the point of him being to hear a footstep up to a several feet away. His smell is highly sensitive but blood or ink does not hinder him*. Due to his former training with several races, his other senses can match a medium class Kajio Dragon**.

Phoenix Claw: A crystalized bastard sword containing an liquid that greatly boosts any type of spell and alchemy. The hilt is made of crystalized Phoenix feathers, while the handguard is made from a demon's horn. It appears to come from within him.
Daggerflute-
Corruption Symphony: A daggerflute given to him by his father. It specializes in offensive Phoenix and Hawk spells, and can absorb some spells and dish them back out.
Innate Abilites-
Fallen Wolf Howl: A skill where Felix shifts into his wolf form and howls, releasing a sound wave that cancels any spell of his or anyone elses.
Morph of the Cursed: Felix can morph into a wolf or phoenix, or both or halfway. He has all the abilities unmorphed.
Empathy: Felix is a natural psychic and has perfected most of the arts of empathy do his imprisonment. He can put people to sleep, put pressure on minds and move things along with mind reading and speak without moving his mouth. He can also play mind games, making things appear what is not true.
Phoenix Feathers- Shedding feathers, Felix can control them with his mind. He can channel Elements or create items from them.
Phoenix Fire- A magical ability that's rare to find. Felix can combine spells and create complex spells within his mind to a degree.. He can create barriers of blood or elements, depending on the Burning Curse of the Phoenix.
Lapse Fire- Another magical ability mastered by Felix. Using his own soul energy, He can free some of his self and combines with the Burning Curse, setting the Phoenix Claw aflame. Using the flame, he can stop the wounds from the cuts of his blade, creating a chain. When he finishes his assualt, he only needs to deliver a punch to release the cuts in a explosive result. Felix has combined it with Rei's Frenized Assualt to create a finisher.
Abilites-learned-
Phoenix Flow Ionku: The magic ability that uses the Burning Curse of the Phoenix's power to create spells. This has taken Felix years to master.
Hawk Art Spells-A spell type that cannot use true Hawk magic. It is used for short bursts of speed and strength.
Demon Art Spells-Felix has learned few spells of this cailber. He combines with Hawk Art Spells and the Burning Curse to create punches of Elemental sort.
Wolf Art Spells-Felix cannot use any spells of this sort due to a curse.
Phoenix Art Spells-Felix can use nearly all of the spells, but they are reduced by half.
Fighting Style-
Bloodrain:A fighting style that is simliar to Kamiosan style and the style of Hiten Mitsurugi, but with Felix's own little add ins. He calls it bloodrain because of the 8 hit chain finisher.

Pretty sure this isn't a violation of rules, since it's my own topic. I revised a few things, and I think I'm going to experiment with this while I get back into rping and stuff.

Appearance: Despite having a child's appearance, Eliwood is athletically built and stands at 4'8. His facial features defined as if they were sculpted, his shoulder length hair remains tied in a ponytail with bangs covering the upper part of his face. His basic attire is a modified black suit; instead of a vest or suit jacket, he wears a bewitched flexible armored pea-coat lined with black silk. His black dress shoes has a hidden knife in the left shoe.
Weapons
Chronos Regalis: A pocketwatch belonging to the current ruler of a kingdom of Dragons. The watch is all black, with a silver chain spelled with several centuries of safeguards so it wouldn't break. Inside the watch, the numbers are written as roman numerals. Each number is made of gem containing the familiar made from a portion of the previous Ruler's soul. The gem will only glow once the familiar accepts the ruler. Each familiar has the ability to change into a weapon representing the previous ruler. Eliwood sometimes uses the familiars for surveillance, but most of the time he is annoyed by their remarks. So far, Eliwood has the approval of 4 of the 12 previous rulers. The Forms and familiars follow:
Form 1: Rose (Cat familiar)- A bastard sword that adjusts its weight to suit its wielder. Element: Neutral
Form 2: Panzer (Hawk familiar)- Arm Gauntlets that end at the knuckle with flexible finger armor. They make you unable to use any weapon, but increases speed, minor wind magic control, and increased hand to hand capabilities. Good offensive capabilities but lacks greatly in its limited defensive power. Speed: Enhanced Element: Wind
Form 3: Megiru (Fox familiar)- An elegant rapier. Good for quick, concentrated offensive attacks. Element: Ice
Form 7: Patricia (snake familiar)- A monocle(or glasses if he pleads with the familiar) that so far, appears useless. The only thing Eliwood has figured out about this form is He is able to analyze magic. Element: Void
Concealed daggers: Eliwood has two daggers: one in his left shoe, and one concealed in his right sleeve. Mainly used for emergency.
Short sword: A study elegant celtic short sword forged for his current appearance. Made with dragon scales and other materials to ensure that it doesn't break in damn near any circumstance. Magic can't enhance it, nor destroy it. Disarming magic works.
Skills:
Weapon Proficiency: Being raised to succeed as a ruler, Eliwood has trained and ranked in every form of weaponry, but only mastered swordplay and unarmed tactics.
CQC: Trained extensively in several forms of marital arts all in the name of not being useless.
Magic: Being a novice magus, Eliwood has not put any effort into learning magic because of his Resonance, only the very basic stuff for a few elements (fire, wind, ice), and read theories on the remaining elements.
Resonance: A brilliant silver flame representing his soul. Makes it almost impossible to use magic, but in exchange, can give him great stamina. Rumored to be able to negate weak magic since he uses it to deflect magic as a barrier. Classifies as a fusion of magic and inner energy(chi, spirit, etc.), but learns more towards inner energy. If constantly used, burns up stamina quickly. Recovers with rest.
Dragon Resonance: Being a dragon in human form, Eliwood has transfigured his attributes of his dragon form to that of his human form. Many of his abilities are restrained by the Chronos Regalis, but he still retains great strength, speed, and stamina due to his smaller form. He isn't invincible, but he can hold his own.
Shifting: A sort of high speed movement assisted by inner energy. By focusing it on his nervous system, he is able to briefly hyper boost his body to move at a speed that doesn't register with a majority of beings. Extremely exhausting, the only reason he can pull it off is due to his resonance. Should he overuse it, the cool down time of the skill can be fatal depending on the situation.
