Attacks/Skills:
Kratos can breathe red, white, or blue fire. (white is stronger than red, and blue is the strongest of all)
Can manipulate and call lightning, but not rain. However his lightning manipulation skills leave a lot to be desired so he rarely uses them, instead sticking to his highly accurate but slightly delayed lightning strikes.
Kratos is a moderately powerful psion. While his skills still have significant room for improvement, he can hold his own in this area. But he is no match for a highly experienced psion unless he uses his other abilities to help make up for it.
Kratos can manipulate fire extremely well at will. As a result his fire based attacks take far less time to create than before and can also be used in many different creative ways.

Kratos possesses a strange blue gem which greatly enhances his psychic abilities as long as he possesses it. Think of it as a kind of mental weight training. As a result his psionic abilities are developing quite nicely.

Onyx Blade:

Kratos never has this with him unless he is using it, in the meantime it is kept in an interdimensional storage space that even he cannot access. But when he needs it he needs only will it to come to him and it will appear in his hand. If the weapon is removed from his hand it will instantly return to where it came from to prevent itself from being used against kratos. But if this happens kratos can just will it back to himself so he will never be disarmed for long if he does not wish to be.

The sword itself as the name implies is made entirely of onyx and has a large ruby set into the hilt. In terms of pure power it is not much more effective than an ordinary long sword, but unlike a normal blade it can never be broken or damaged.

As long as he is holding it Kratos has these additional abilities:

Strike at shadow: If the Onyx Blade hits an opponents shadow it hurts them as if they themselves were hit. While the blow won't be as severe as a direct attack would it does give him another angle of attack if need be.

Create shadow self: Kratos can will a shadow version of himself to appear. As long as the shadow form is present Kratos himself has no shadow. The shadow form cannot use any elemental powers and does not share Kratos' elemental strengths and weaknesses. As long as the shadow is present Kratos himself is a bit weaker, but their combined power is stronger than Kratos' alone. The shadow wields a long sword that looks just like the Onyx Blade but has none of its special abilities. Maintaining the connection to keep the shadow present drains a lot of energy, and if the shadow is damaged too badly it will disappear.

Hide in shadow: Kratos can hide himself in a nearby shadow and be undetectable until he attacks, although an attack aimed at where he is will still affect him normally. This ability is dangerous to him if he uses it too often.

Strike from shadow: Kratos can instantly disappear and reappear in a closeby shadow of his choosing. This can send him to the wrong place if there are many shadows.

However currently the blade does not possess any darkness power, so it has changed to the Crystalline Sword, a blade powered by light energy. It can come to him just like the Onyx Blade, and aside from being made of a different material does not look that different. Kratos has some idea how to use its abilities now, but his mastery of this weapon is far from total. When it is complete, he will be able to fire a beam of light out of the tip of the blade, emit a flash of light temporaliy blinding those close by, as well as all the usual things that can be done with a sword. And perhaps some other abilities will reveal themselves as well. Note that if Kratos turns evil again his sword likely also will revert to the Onyx Blade. Or, the sword is hit by a massive amount of darkness energy, either way.

Additional Info/Background Story:

Kratos is the spiritual incarnation of Roy. Although he can still be hurt or even killed like a living creature, he is not subject to the needs of living creatures like food or breatheable air. He believes the stronger the bond between himself and the kitsune spirit becomes the more he himself will resemble a kitsune until there is nothing left of his human side. The bond between the two is fairly strong now and he has a lot of raw power as his disposal. As a result of this strengthened link Kratos has managed to seperate his 2 forms which were merged together and can now change between his anthromorphic kitsune form and his human form easily and completely, instead of being a mixture of the two as before. However it still isn't perfect, occasionally he will revert to his non preferred human form without meaning to. And he still has not learned how to assume his animal form at all yet. For now he is still somewhat inexperienced and overconfident, but time and trials will temper him into a truly formible force if he learns from his defeats. Which he is already starting to do, as evidenced by the fact his attacks no longer backfire or fizzle out. Of course he could have simply learned his limitations, but either way.
