after completing my avatar, I had an idea...hmm, make more custom emerl cards under requests by other people...
and then a request topic-THIS topic, was born.
in order for me to make you one, provide me with the following:
1-character sprite and name
it can be ANY character!!! I don't care if it's some fancharacter, recolored or not.
I don't care if it's some character rarely seen or just plain everywhere.
I don't care if the character is either a household name or some ill-fated
character that's hardly seen. I don't care if the character is custom-made or
ripped from an emulator screenshot, i'll do with any character!!!
2-number of bars in power attribute
Limit is 1 (total weakling...) to 12 (damned strong!!!).
3-number of bars in speed attribute
Limit is 1 (what a snail...) to 12 (lightning-fast!!!) also.
4-number of stars
limit is 1 to 6.
the color of the card will depend on the color of the character sprite you
provided me with.

edit:i guess nobody wants one. well, this was kinda ill-fated...
