Ode of the fox
« on: Mar 12 2007, 03:30 PM »
^_^ here is my first poem on kitsuneparadise.com forums... enjoy...

Ode of the Fox

Fox of purest snow
Blanketing the world in peaceful silence
Eyes cold and as empty as ice
Such is the fox of moonlight

Fox of scorching flame
Mirroring the passion of the heart
Eyes golden, shining with pride
Such is the fox of dawn

Fox of the tempest sand
Spreading hope to the world, oppressing despair
Eyes of knowledgeable wisdom, granting patience
Such is the fox of the sun

Fox of crimson shadow
Capturing the world in a twilight of chaos
Eyes of hell coal, glinting with enigmatic beauty
Such is the fox of dusk

Fox of darkest horrors
Reflecting the blackness of the corrupt heart
Eyes of sorrowing friend, hoping for a miracle
Such is the fox of the midnight

Fox of ancient forests
Jealously guarding forbidden treasure
Eyes of the ancients, full of untrusting fury
Such is the fox of nature

Fox of stony spires
Singing long and mournfully to the moon
Eyes full of loneliness and longing
Such is the fox of the serenade

Fox of the black void
Ever-silent, ever-watchful, ever-waiting
Eyes warm with lust and passion
Such is the fox of stardust

Eight foxes around a star
Keeping balance, peace, and hope
Eyes cold and warm, lusty and hopeful, cruel and heartless
Waiting for a hero,
Such is the fox…

Screw light and darkness, I want a piece of both worlds.

That, sir/madam/insert sex here, was absolutely beautiful. It was haunting, yet wonderful at the same time; it sent shivers down my spine. Never ever ever ever^100(!50^100) give up on your writing. Ever.

Home
Returning from somewhere, to someplace safe
And for once as you watch the color of the sunset as it paints the walls
And you are not living in a memory; you are vital and alive, you are at peace; you are godlike
And you are safe, and that moment will last in a place in your mind
And there is no pain, and you forget what it feels like
And you can see, how it could be
