Chapter 1-Unexplained


     Rain was fallen as a teenager ran through a mysterious forest, wild eyed, and bleeding from assualts from strange animals. He had been running, but the footsteps of many of the animals were heard behind him. Cursing, he tried to lose them by running to the right, and then climbing the trees. He heard them pass, and let out a sigh without thought. The sounds of the animals drew closer, as covered his mouth in shock. He had unknownly drawn the animals back. Come down, boy. Let us absorb your power, letting us control the kingdom...A voice sounded within his head, scaring the boy even more. "L-Leave me ALONE!" He yelled, breaking off a branch and throwing it them. As the branch flew, a wind picked up, sending back at him. You have to do better than that. You have to think harder, pup. "Leave me alone!"

   "Tasuki? What's wrong?" A woman asked, opening the door to see him on the bed, yelling out, and sending blood on his arm on the wall, hitting the woman on the face.. "David! Call 911! Tasuki's hurt!" She yelled, running over to Tasuki and pulling the sheets off his bed. She gasped in horror as Tasuki was covered in gashes and new ones were appearing on his body. Tears fell as she shook him to wake him up, as her husband ran into the room. He was just in time to see an unknown force hit his wife, sending her into him, knocking them both unconscious. The boy, Tasuki, rose into the air, as a wind came out of nowhere, and more and more gashes appeared, blood falling to the floor.



"This is Tokyo News, and we have a breaking story. It seems animals has it out for a Tasuki Kamiolan, as he was attacked by an ghostly force. Help arrived in time, saving him from bleeding to death. Reports say the gashes on him were made by animals, although they must have mutated, because they were way beyond that of a normal animal. Tasuki is currently 14, and attends high school. His foster parents, David and Ikumi, are in the hospital, due to minor injuries. The doctors are currently trying to stop the internal bleeding...." Tasuki turned off the television with his bandaged hand, sighing in the bed. He was bandaged heavily, and had stitches on his sides. His parents had told the hospital to not disclose their name, but somehow, the media got it anyways. "Nurse? Can you tell my parents hurry up? I want to go home.." He said to the passing nurse, who nodded and continued what she was doing. "You know, some doctors are saying your injuries are healing faster than usual..and they are saying you might be gifted." The nurse said suddenly, wheeling a wheelchair, to the side of the bed. "Thanks..how did you know I was going to ask you for a wheelchair?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. She didn't...I did. A voice started to sound within his head, scaring him.

                "Help! They're back! They're Back!" Tasuki yelled, scrambling to get to the wheelchair. Calm down. I'm not here to hurt you. If you exert yourself, you'll lose consciousness. "W-What do y-you want?" Tasuki studdered, looking around. Look over the side of your bed. Tasuki slowly moved to the side, and looked down. He saw a grey cat, and blinked as the pink eyes of it stared at him. "No...No...you can't be for real...I'm still in a dream...yeah that's it..I'll just pinch myself and wake up.." Tasuki muttered, pinching himself, causing everything to go black.

            Opening his eyes, Tasuki looked around. The scare from his strange made his heart rate went up, shocking the doctors around him. Blinking, he saw that they were in surgical gear like in that t.v. show he liked, and a cold feeling came to him. He was being operated on, and he woke up despite the gas. The nurses started to panic, turning the gas value. They're all nutters... He thought, as a searing pain shot through his body. He thought getting up, before the pain made him stop. What were they doing? Why could he hear a cat meowing? "Turn up the gas! Now! If he experiences any more pain, he might die!" A doctor yelled, snapping Tasuki out of all the thoughts. "But if we turn it up any more, he might go into a permanent coma." A female doctor, making Tasuki look at her. She looked strangely familiar...yet how did he know her? "Just hurry up and close him up. The bleeding stopped." The doctor spoke again, walking over to Tasuki and lifted his head a little bit, making everyone in the operating room stare in shock. The doctor just ignored them and pressed a point on his neck, knocking him out. "Dr. Kami.." One of the other doctors yelled, as all the voices stopped.
