How does it feel?
To not have seen your family for your entire life?
To be left there, waiting...
Waiting for the day when you're finally able to see your loved ones...
Feeling alone, when you really aren't...
And all you can do is wait.
How does it feel?
To have faded memories of your true love,
The one glimpse you had of her, lost deep in the void.
The only assurance of her presence being faith,
and your faith is slowly being lost.
How does it feel?
Being pulled into the dark,
Deeper into the sea of self-doubt.
Wondering where it ends - if there will ever be a light,
a light to shed upon the answers to your questions:
Will you ever see the ones you love?
The mother who nursed you,
The father who had taught you,
The siblings who had played with you,
The friends who had good times with you,
The lover who had found you,
Will you ever get to see them,
Or are you going to end up continuing to be oblivious to their presence?
Feeling alone when you really aren't,
Waiting for the day when you can see them,
and it seems that you're left there, waiting forever.
