1. The "style" you are trying to get is chibi btw.
2. The picture is nice, it might look better shrinked though. Also, some of the edges look kinda crooked and not straight. Besides that its pretty good.

1. It's not an actual chibi style. If you read the description you would see it's a style of another artist.
2. I drew it with a mouse. I'm too impatient to straighten all of the lines with one.
