an update for the sake of updating

Procrastination is such a wonderful thing, y'know? Just sitting on my ass doing nothing while stuff should be done. Yeah, I'm trying to break that pattern, as I have for the past...what...12 years?

Kitsuria Chronicles and Digital Dimension are still being worked on. Been brainstorming for the past couple weeks for the next chapters. A lot of it is pacing and figuring out what direction to take things in. Piecing things together - especially for Kitsuria Chronicles. I don't have a lot to go on from my old notes, and the old notes contradict newer developments. I'm hoping to hit on some inspiration for these stories soon.

I've also been getting my ass back in gear with .para//Bound. I was mostly inspired by seeing someone working on their own project. Basically I saw them working on something for their game and I was like "Oh right, that reminds me, my notebook with stuff for .para//Bound has been collecting dust for years!" So yeah, I've gotten back to work on that. I was also motivated by a newer development in the PK Hack community that makes changing the music a lot easier, so that's hyped me up quite a bit. I'm slowly, but steadily getting caught up on my notes there - and hopefully will have something to show.... before Tool releases their new album "this year".

As for streams, I'm trying to decide on a schedule. I feel like Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 7pm and 9:30pm would work, and "some time" on weekends. This should help improve my speedruns, and get my backlog cleared as I get to it. I'm also doing Digimon streams again, probably on Fridays or weekends so I have more time. Two and a half hours is not enough to put a dent in JRPG's.

That's about it for now. I've got other stuff I'm thinking of doing - especially for this site - but I need to focus on the above things. I've been putting a lot of things off for way too long.

Buy me a coffee!

dreams are as portals, flat visions of misty places, fragments bound below my surface.
but i can write dreams, they flow from me, inscribed yet now unbound. i touch them, and they are real....and they are real.

Don't try to be something you're not. For me, the principles of Batu and Cera have claimed me a long time ago, and now I can barely sit still without doing something, making something, creating something and making it as good as I can, but the world needs adherers to the other principles of Gethnism as well, those being:

Arky: Learn and share. Gather knowledge and pass it on. A people that does not learn and become more over time is not a people at all.
Batu: Build and create. Fact and fiction. Make something where nothing was before. Combine the old to make the new, be it tangible or insubstantial.
Cera: Pursue perfection. Unattainable though it may be, every step towards it, no matter how small, is a step into the right direction.
Defi: Work together. Help others and let them help you to attain things you could not attain alone. United, a people can move mountains.
Elzo: Share and enjoy. Appreciate what others have created, and let them know it. Validate the work of others to motivate them to go on.
Fote: Live not for the sake of living, but for the sake of Arky, Batu, Cera, Defi and Elzo. All else is but a hollow existance, unfit for a people.
Chase your dream.
Or your dram will chase you.
