I've still gotta figure out the commands, since I get my brother to put the game on for me because I can never remember all the DOS commands :(

Perhaps you could try something like "help", "-h" or "/help" to bring up a list. I'm not sure which one it'll be but I'm willing to bet it's one of them.
with DOS Prompt or Windows I get no sound and the game is way way too fast!

Sounds like an FPS problem. Do you think it could be possible to use something to limit the FPS?
I'm not really a fan of DOS games, I think I just haven't found one I like. But...
(nobody dis-old games, Syndicate and Syndicate Wars as still in the top 100 games this year. Syndicate came in 68!)

I totaly agree. If I remember corectly, Half-Life was in the top 100 untill Half-Life 2 came out. It may still be there but I haven't checkled. :)
